Yes, so nice to back amongst the living on the ship. Eggs Benedict as a special treat this Sunday morning. Took in a few talks today but looked forward to our missed Pinnacle Dinner at the specialty restaurant here on board the Zaandam. Clothesline bacon, yes please followed by the Lobster Bisque and then a nice filet mignon with béarnaise sauce. Jan enjoyed the jumbo scrimp cocktail followed by a beef tenderloin served with lobster dumplings. Always an amazing meal at the Pinnacle. Yes, we did finish off with a key lime pie for Jan and a crème brûlée for me, yum. Oh and yes way better than room service. Thank you Afton (sp) for such a special night. We did have a nice chat with him as he was with us on 2020 Covid ending world voyage.
