July 19, 2016: Glacier Bay

What started out as a dense foggy day, evident by the 6am fog horn sounding every few minutes, turned into another fog lifting beautiful day here in Glacier Bay. Captain Bos certainly knows how to treat his guests as he had take a route that a Ranger noted that they have never taken before, the result was sightings of 10 bears, blacks and brown bears. We took full advantage of our tenth floor verandah with moving our table outside and enjoying our salmon bbq with full view of all the glaciers we cruised by. Another amazing day concluding with a captain, hotel director drink reception for collector cruisers (those on a back to back cruise), wonderful as we capped off the night with dinner in the Pinnacle restaurant and some dancing at the BB King Blues Club. Looking forward to our day in a new port for us, Haines... Here are a few pics of our day.
