Lectures, cooking class, wine tasting, a little trivia all leading up to our first formal night of this cruise - surf and turf. Great day as say hello and embrace some of our HAL family from previous cruises. Enrico was our showroom bartender or shall I say is our showroom bartender, so happy to see him again - we were wondering were he was. We have cruised with Enrico on many of our Grand Voyages, he is indeed one of the best bartenders we have had - always smiling and attentive. Also, wonderful seeing Joanne, very happy that she could join us for dinner to get caught up. Last time we saw Joanne was back home on my birthday last year, she was overnighting before jumping onto a ship - hello to Michael of course. Wonderful captain's reception as we cheered to our cruise into parts unknown to us. Also pictured is our cruise director, Simon with assistant, Kass. Great show tonight from the Zuiderdam singers and dancers. Now getting excited about Bergen tomorrow, 14 Celsius with scattered showers, hmmm… Hope you enjoy our pics of the day.
