At Sea, October 21/22, 2014

Last night was Red Lantern Formal Dinner Night, a great night as Tom had the dining room fully decorated in the Red Lantern theme, great job Tom. Our table was hosted by the Culinary Operations Manager, Paul Kerr, in short he is in charge of everything food, from the food itself to all the dining facilities on board. Nice easy going gentleman and perfect host as we having such a wonderful time that we were the second to last table to leave the dining room. A great night... Thanks Paul.

Hong Kong tomorrow, we are so excited. I have a full day booked tomorrow as we utilize our Octopus Transit Cards we purchased last year. Early morning though as the sail into Hong Kong is one of the best. Looking forward to giving you all the details. Until then...
