Shanghai, PRC - Oct 20, 2014, Part 2

Part 2 of 2... Please note this Pudong area was mostly rice fields and marshland back in the 1990's - talk about aggressive growth. Also, the building going up right beside the Jin Mao and the Shanghai World Trade Centre (the Bottle Opener), is slated to be the tallest building in the world when completed next year - Shanghai likes to be number one...

The shoes... well I told Jan that she did not need to waste time on the way to the building, its not like someone will be buying these by the time we were to come back. Well guess what, they were sold by the time we returned, so good she took this picture. Also at 1 pm the ship was going to turn around to help with departure due to tides on the river, so we were fortunate to get a picture of the ship on the move. Sorry for the glare on the pictures, taking through windows up there was not the best.
