We are a rocking and rolling a bit tonight as we cruise towards Townsville, like sleeping in a hammock, rocking and rolling - so nice… Tonight we celebrated Lois’s birthday in the Pinnacle specialty restaurant, eight of us in total enjoyed the Tamarind themed dinner as they converted the restaurant to be similar to the Tamarind Restaurant available on the newer bigger classed HAL ships - they will do several of these during our voyage. If you are not familiar with the Tamarind, this is an asian fusion style restaurant. So Vegetarian spring-rolls as well as some sushi, for me it was a Dragon Roll. The main would be marinated Lobster pieces (served in the shell) with Jasmine rice and Chinese vegetables. Jan had Barramundi served in a banana leaf.
