November 14, 2022, At Sea

Ah, finally a sea day to reboot ourselves and get some much needed rest. Four days in a row can be tiring, especially when on tours and tendering. I know, poor us, lol. I’m writing this sitting on the shady side of deck 3 (lower promenade deck), looking at Nosy Be in Madagascar. Several outrigger boats are out beside us trying to sell us mangos and bananas? I guess they don’t realize the bounty we carry on our ship. Now if they were offering private tender rides to shore, they may get some takers. It is hot, 29 Celsius today with high humidity, so we are preparing ourselves for the day.

Last night we had our second Gala event and Captain’s address as we hit the mid way point in our journey. So, yup, surf n turf on the menu, hooray. We then had a few dances up in the crows nest with a Casino Royal night. Vodka martini, shaken not stirred. Fun night…

Only a few pics of our sea day…
