At Sea, April 9, 2014

Another wonderful day at sea. Started with Tai Chi, then onto a complimentary wine tasting at 11:00, Team Trivia Challenge at 11:45, our team came in second today - must have been from me coming straight from wine tasting. Then it was time for the South African BBQ. A surprise to me as I thought it was just a regular BBQ, but oh no, HAL is giving us a chance to sample real South African Fare. The plate of food picture you see, starting at the bottom and going counter clockwise, is Crocodile, Ostrich, Zebra and Warthog, yes that is just regular rice in the middle. Relaxed in the sun after, followed by Pub Trivia, our team came first today, yeah. Followed by a swim and a Hot Tub and then a wonderful dinner. St. Helena tomorrow. Oh, what did the food taste like, here is my summary, BTW - Jan opted out of the BBQ.

Crocodile - Very good, taste like tough chicken
Ostrich - Gamey and not my favorite
Zebra - Tried to compare this to something but just couldn't, so it taste like, well, Zebra
Warthog - gamey, tasting like smoked pork
