This special tuna knife was more like a sword…
First the head, then the tail, followed by the fins, then skinning.
The pieces get smaller and smaller as he prepares the individual servings.
All done within an hour. To be served at dinner tonight but only in the MDR.
We are ready for the “Dressy night”
Okay, two maybe three servings, so delicate and delicious.
