July 07, 2017: Furore, Italy

23,000 step day today took 10 of our group to the most difficult hike of the week, we headed above the clouds to the top of one of the mountains just behind the Villa we were staying in. Hot and steep but with views that are unmatched in any hike I have ever done. Starting from the Agriturismo up for about an hour we stopped at the village of Bomerano to pick up some picnic supplies before continuing on to the top of Mount Tre Calli. As the pictures show the views up here of the spine of the Amalfi Coast are indeed unparalleled. Coming down we went over the other side of the mountain as the trail was a bit more manageable for depending (a good idea).   We all certainly needed some hot tub time today and for a bonus, Danny organized a group of women to come to the Agriturismo for a bit of meditation and some Rikkee (sp) - very nice touch (pun intended). Fantastic wrap up dinner before calling it a night. What a fantastic week here with adventures. I think the pics will pretty much speak for the reward at the end of this hike, fantastic!!!
