We made it, well almost, we will actually be at the falls tomorrow - early, so this will be quick (wake up call at 5:45am). So good to have a leisurely day in Sao Paulo this morning. The hotel served a very good buffet breakfast, then we did a walk over to a main mall - not sure about these hot climates that need to put ice skating rinks in their mall. Beautiful mall, with just about everything, couple or three Starbucks all the trendy stores with a whole level dedicated to some very nice restaurants. Fans of the Olive Garden, there is one here. Back to the hotel by about 12:30 for a rest and shower - they provided a 2pm check out time which was wonderful.
Our transport arrived on time, a few minutes early actually which we were all very relieved about, 20 minutes later and we were at the airport checking in with almost no issues - not enough to write about, mention but that’s enough, we are all travellers so we know that things sometimes need to just sort themselves out. Great flight to Iguazu Falls City and smooth check into our hotel. You know, I didn’t think there was city of some 280,000 inhabitants here but this is a decent size city. so as mentioned, up early so I did take a few pics today, hope you enjoy, they include the roof top pool at the hotel, the mall and our safe landing in Iguazu.
